Pros
So far, I have absolutely loved working for this company. My team is full of kind, intelligent people, and I feel very supported. CRIO seems to genuinely value work-life balance, and I am thankful to have found that. It seems that they are more focused on getting the best results possible from their employees contributions, rather than overloading them with work and seeing "how much" they can get out of them. CRIO is also fully remote which is another huge plus. Despite being fully remote, the company makes a big effort to develop a good culture, and it shows in day to day interactions. Pretty good health/dental/vision insurance benefits that start on the first of the month after you join, as well as a 401k plan that starts in two months, so not much waiting on those. In addition to that, they offer unlimited PTO, and you are encouraged to actually use it. They also pay very fair salaries to their employees. Lastly, I genuinely believe in the product they are selling. If you've been involved in running clinical trials, it is easy to see that there is clear value in their software. I am happy to endorse CRIO because I can see that it provides very solid solutions to companies running clinical trials. I've never been one to rave about the company I'm working for, and I usually avoid leaving company reviews, but CRIO deserves the praise!
