      Pros

      The people are very nice, they make you want to stay. The pay is not bad and they do hire the contractors. If you dont get layed off you can work here for years. Some people have been here for over 15 years. Because they will move you around to save your job.

      Cons

      It is a computer company that has the worst computers, networking etc. It makes it difficult to get my work done daily. It is know out loud that you will get no raise as long as you work here. It is said that even if you get a promotion you have to work at the same pay rate. When I first got here there was no process you learn as you go. The IT departments dont talk to each other and without a process to stand on it was very hard.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
