      Pros

      Decent pay. Used to be able to work from home with a few days in the office.

      Cons

      Health benefits are expensive. Moved from remote and local office work to only a few POD offices around the U.S. that required employees to move to those locations to keep their jobs. Management changed so frequently that it was difficult to know who you reported to or what your title was. Morale is non-existent with the infrastructure changes. No raises. Vacations required to be used during holidays or shut downs.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
