      Pros

      There are many opportunities to develop leadership and communication skills. Also, the faculty and staff are very supportive. I would recommend for students to get more involved.

      Cons

      Some of the down sides with working at CSU Fullerton, or any other school, is that faculty and staff become your boss. If you didn't have good experiences around them before employment then it becomes 3x worse when you become employed by them. I had no problems here but somebody I know did.

      •Making Connections •Gain experience in public institutions on how things work around here.

      Cons

      •Management could be so entitled. When I was a staff member, leadership sees you as trash. Leadership could be scary! It’s all about reputation here so be careful and stay on the low. Just do your work and leave.
