      Nice amount of vacation and sick days. Health related and retirement benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Compensation for staff is very low and annual raises are sad. Policies are constantly changing. Work processes move extremely slow in the Cal State System.

      •Making Connections •Gain experience in public institutions on how things work around here.

      •Management could be so entitled. When I was a staff member, leadership sees you as trash. Leadership could be scary! It’s all about reputation here so be careful and stay on the low. Just do your work and leave.
