Pros
The earning potential here is fantastic if you can apply yourself and get the job done. Training is strong, and you can learn from some of the best in the industry. It’s 100% a high-pressure environment, you need to be resilient and confident on the phone but if you’re self-motivated and good at sales, there’s money to be made. The culture can be intense at times, but it’s a good place to sharpen your commercial skills.
Cons
It's not for everyone. Base salary is low, most of the earning potential comes from comms.
