Pros
Flexi-work timing, probably because I was a part-time intern. Your team takes your ideas into consideration even though you are young.
Cons
Overall hostile environment, day depends on the CEO's mood. Even his own personal problems will be brought in to the company. Didn't learn a lot overall as well. The title is just a placeholder, have BD interns doing marketing work and even as a PA for one of our bosses. Need to come up with company culture further and have a structured working schedule or workflow before expanding to find interns, if not it'll just be a mess for the rest of us.
