The company is headquartered in Niagara Falls which is beautiful and there are so many dedicated people who work hard for results.

There is a constant cloud of fear of the owner which he is proud of. Many really decent people work there only to have their spirits crushed. I was one of them who was humiliated and screamed at in front of my staff when the owner went nuts over a small issue that could have been handled more professionally and in private. And then he turned around and yelled at my staff who reacted like serfs to a feudal tyrant and began running around with their eyes wide open to take care of the orders he was barking out.

There are no benefits, communication is poor, there is favoritism among certain groups, and discrimination exists
