      Renewable Energy Market. People are talented and work hard. Work Environment is clean. BBQ a couple of times a year

      Cons

      Management are inconsistent on applying policies. Certain groups are favored over others and are not held to the same rules. Shifts can be hard.

      Pay is competitive and always on time production bonuses are generally once a month for at least 800 to 1500.

      Cons

      Unprofessional upper management staff and supporting staff. HR are their puppets and do not stand for employees.
