Pros

Frankly speaking, the benefits are quite limited.

Cons

1. The eStorage (battery energy storage business) is facing significant challenges, including the absence of a next-generation product, declining competitiveness, and uncertainty around the stability and reliability of battery cell supply. 2. The solar business is incurring substantial losses. If the IRA incentives are phased out, the US-based solar panel and cell manufacturing facilities could become major financial liabilities. 3. Employees are often required to take on workloads equivalent to two people, which poses serious concerns for long-term employee well-being and health. 4. Recurrent’s project development business is also not generating any profit and is subject to significant uncertainty. 5.Many long-tenured employees occupy key and executive positions, and there appears to be a strong focus on job preservation and internal politics. This has created resistance to integrating new talent into the core decision-making circle, and a reluctance to consider business advice from newer team members.

Pros

Pay is competitive and always on time production bonuses are generally once a month for at least 800 to 1500.

Cons

Unprofessional upper management staff and supporting staff. HR are their puppets and do not stand for employees.
