      Lots to learn, keep busy, meet new people, customers happiness help balance the poor management, good benefits, friendly co-worker (not management)

      Dysfunctional management, inconsistent, mixed messages, inappropriate behaviour (staff), controlling environment, management does not trust staff, micro-managing, management does not take feed back well
