- some excellent, friendly and clever colleagues in CEL and CENV - amazing, truly multi-national, global team allowing you to feel comfortable regardless of from where you came from - basic IT systems are reasonably well organised - good work/life balance if you are lucky with your management

- no vision and strategy, company is rapidly deteriorating and can't reinvent itself - very low morale due to the ongoing EMEA-wide employee redundancy programme - no funding for IT, cost cutting everywhere - no prospects for senior IT employees due to lack of projects and funds - no professional development, no learning of new things as nothing happens - complete disconnect between what leadership is saying and the reality - HR only interested in covering up for senior management
