Pros
Great benefits and time off. Beautiful building. Looks great on resume. Working platforms are pretty good.
Cons
Very little or small salary increases. Not much room for advancement, unless you are a man (preferably Japanese). No flexibility in work hours, penalized for being 30 seconds late. Very political work culture. Very hard to respect managers who are not stand up people both at work and in their personal lives. Micromanaging at its finest.
