      Pros

      Great culture/environment. Many senior financial advisors within the company, many of whom are happy to help young employees and do joint-work. Unlimited earning potential.

      Cons

      100% commission. Lack of formal training. Lack of leads/direction. Not a good starting point for someone new to the industry, but highly recommended to proven producers looking to make a change.

      Pros

      Extremely knowledgeable advisors, top notch financial services products.

      Cons

      Sales training staff don't get along with each other and will teach you different things which is confusing. Most sales trainers refuse to go out in the field with you and teach you classroom concepts, largely because those concepts didn't work for them but they don't have the courage to let new advisors know this. Sales managers who recruit don't accurately reflect the amount of work and time it takes to become a profitable producer. Can be misleading.
