Pros
They have some very talented people who still work there but I would expect many of them to be jumping ship because they are finding it harder and harder to get notable work produced.
Cons
"Faster, cheaper and good" is their new battle cry. They no longer ask themselves how great can we make the work. Instead they ask how quickly can we get the work done and how quickly can we bill the client. Employees will get in trouble if they go over assigned hours on a given project even though the client will not be billed any more for those extra hours. That is frustrating when you want to spend more time to really "push" the work but you are forced to stop short because it will look better on a spreadsheet. If you strive to do the very best possible work you will find this approach exasperating.
