All of the executives are approachable. New ideas are welcomed.

Being a high-growth company, we have ambitious and urgent goals and it's difficult to prioritize and say "no" to new projects and ideas.

Flexible leave credits and paid lunch/holidays.

Product Interface too confusing and doesn't make sense. Too many unaddressed bugs - making it hard and embarrassing to deal with paying customers. No health benefits. No performance incentives. Pay raises are too low and not up to par with industry trends. No career pathway for contractors (you are stuck as a CSR forever)
