Pros
- Promising company - Peers were great - Good pay, and nice time off policy - Tons of training
Cons
- A few higher up leadership positions were not very welcoming, and even talked behind others back - It may be a promising company, but as a sales rep you want a company that sells itself, it’s a bit niche which can make getting sales hard - Hope you get good AE’s (account executives) because some hook up Sales reps to fill quotas and others not so much (it’s pretty unfair) - one of the “best” sdr’s “played the system” and it is safe to say others have done similar but haven’t been caught yet - they tell you to have work-life balance, and I notice other comments say that is true, but not if you plan to be in the sales department, you must always work to reach quota and if not you will be outcasted
