The work can be exciting, fast paced and coworkers are generally really good people.
Cons
Unpredictable and ever changing schedules. Pay lacks for the workload and stress. Upper management is not concerned with if and when you burnout. The cons list is endless.

Thank you for your post. It was good to read your positive comments about your co-workers and the pace of work.
I acknowledge that one of the downsides to the 'fast paced' nature of our clinic work is that it can lead to changes in the schedules - sometimes at short notice.
The clinic management team is very aware of the workload their teams are under and are continually looking at ways to ensure employees have a manageable work/life balance. However, I will pass your comments on.
Thank you for taking the time to post.

Serves as a decent place to get baseline industry experience on your resume before moving elsewhere. The direct team leads and peer-level colleagues are understanding and pleasant to work with.
Cons
Client-facing demands combined with aggressive study timelines often lead to heavy workloads and long hours.Resourcing can be tight, meaning PMs frequently have to act as both strategic leaders and administrative coordinators.
Quarterly updates are disconnected always touting quarter after quarter/ year after year revenue records while running their staff into burnout with the mentality of less is more or better yet "scalability"
