I’m happy to hear that our benefit package suits your needs but I cannot help but focus on your concerns about management, communication and it being slow. There is no doubt that our business has peaks and valleys. As a way to combat those issues, instead of sending people home, we prefer to train our employees. In 2020, we spent 90 hours of non-business specific paid training time in an effort to continue to develop our staff. Celerion Richmond is a special place to work and it has everything to do with the great employees who work here.
