Pros

Flexible schedule, you get paid commission only

Cons

Confusing every month changing complicated commission structure. Being called constantly just a number There are 0 opportunities for growth. Except positions that don't pay you extra. They want you full time but typically work 4 shifts which can be about 24 hours. They make you go to meetings that do not pay you which could be an email. If something gets stolen from the store or if you make simple mistake or client doesn't want to pay the bill after saying he wanted to pay $30 you have to pay for the error or the stolen product(at retail price)
