If you are a strong sales agent you can make easy money

Cons

There is no room to grow and management is a joke tear structure changes constantly and even tho you are an employee you are responsible for missing items returns and even customer deactivation

Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

Cons

Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
