Pros

Good pay if you can con enough useless accessories off on the customers or talk them into a crappy phone just because it pays well (and praying the phone works long enough for the money back period)

Cons

No management to help you, you have to call them and most of the time they don't answer. Cut throat. You have to sell phones that you KNOW are no good to make decent money. If the customer doesn't pay their bill 3 months in a row they become a "deact" on your page and you have the phone cost taken out of your check. You work at several different stores across the territory and waste gas like its nothing. The list of negatives goes on and on....

Pros

Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

Cons

Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
