Pros

High Risk, High Reward on commissions. You can make alot of money, but you are responsible for up to 6-months out on deactivations.

Cons

You work tons of hours, hardly have a work-life balance. Your travel alot and don't get paid for the 1st 2 months, which they dont tell you until you are already

Pros

Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

Cons

Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
