Pros
Great bosses and good corporate atmosphere. Feel like the RD's really care for their employees welfare. Pick your own schedule and have the opportunity to really earn what you put your mind to.
Cons
The deacts on your commsissions can flucuate so badly youre better off getting an hourly position with corporate. On paper you may make 3-5k a month but after the taxes and deacts you're bring home way less. Any company can say following up with your customers can prevent this but you can't control peoples poor decisions. THIS IS NOT A JOB FOR A SINGLE INCOME HOUSEHOLD!
