Chargebacks can be a pain and there is not a lot of recourse. Realistically you could lose 2000 dollars in a month.

It is actually very unrealistic that any representative would lose $2000 in one month. Through thank you cards, follow-up calls, and placing your name and number in clients phones, charge backs can be kept to a minimum.
Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
