You create your own schedule. Some really cool co-workers.

Cons

Everything else. You spend a lot of time traveling from one store to another. Your commission is retracted if a customer doesn't keep the device up to 6 months

Pros

Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

Cons

Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
