Pros

You get out what you put in. If you are didicated and build a relationship with your customers, they can become your forever clients. It's like any job, if you work hard you reap the benefits.

Cons

First 60 days in the negative due to paying back "draw". Returns, deactivations, theft is taken out of employees pay. "Slackers" ride off the backs of the hard working sales reps.
