Pros
I liked the people I worked with for the most part. It could be a fun environment. You shared commission with the people on your shift so that everyone would help each other. Decent Commission
Cons
Had to open personal checking account to store money, then electronically give the money to cellular sales... obviously this is super sketchy. You are pressed to sell bad phones to people because we mad more money off certain phones. It was extremely nerve wrecking being 100% commission. The more you worked to more "chances" you have to make money, so there isn't work life balance. People who made more money were allowed to pick shifts first, I was a student, never getting to pick preferable shifts because I didn't have time to be a top performer.
