- Commission Only
- You have to earn back your draw before you get a commission check, and if you can't do that, you will not survive here
- No control over your schedule
If you are applying to Daytona Beach, Port Orange, Ormond Beach, or Palm Coast:
- You will have to clopen (close and then open) and it will likely be in locations that are far away from each other so you have to drive a lot to get home and back to work
- You probably won't get the days off that you request, no matter how many times or how far in advance you request them
- You will probably work 6+ days in a row for 12+ hour shifts
- You will probably not get to take a lunch break most days
- Your boss will try to guilt trip you over anything and everything he wants you to do that's not in your job description or requirements
- You will have to do a lot of customer service for FREE because you are not getting paid by the hour or a salary (re: commission only)
- Your boss already has his favorites and he will consistently give them the best shifts while you suffer on the ones that they know make the least money
