Pros

Cellularsales is a great place to begin your career in sales and customer service. But just like anything if you don't try hard and emerse yourself in the culture it will be a painful experience, but if you commit to your own success there are few places you can go and make 5-10k out the gate. They offer pretty decent training and there is almost always someone with experience nearby to help. The atmosphere and attitude is generally amazing (theres always fee bad apples but the good out weight the bad)

Cons

Sometimes its slow and that can effect your paycheck but it normally comes back around, thats pretty standard in commission sales. It is 100% or basically 100% commissions sales so you can look at that in a cup half full or half empty perspective. Your success is up to you, if you're not a hard worker and are not comfortable relying on yourself its not going to be a good fit for you.
