Pros

The amount of OTE and Stock price they will lie to you about when you join. If you want to take a step back in your career and development this is a place for you

Cons

Celonis asks their employees on a consistent basis to post reviews on this website to cover up the fact that it is a dumpster fire. This company should should have sold to ServiceNow when it had the opportunity. Every large tech ERP company now has their own process mining product. It is run selfish founders that are afraid to give up power and aren't open to change. They have brought in some of the best SaaS leaders in the industry and they all left when leadership didn't give up any power. Celonis is losing customers at a 2x rate of obtaining new ones. A large amount of the funding came from the middle east rather than banks that could actually help them scale.

Pros

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Cons

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
