Pros
Great software and smart people? That is the only "Pro" I can think of and I've been thinking about writing this review for 6+ months.
Cons
At one point in time, this was a place where you were told you could be a part of something special: Building the next enterprise software giant. Every day that goes by that dream slips further and further away for most. It is only a reality for the founding team and senior leadership while the rest of the 500+ employees are treated as expendable resources regardless of tenure. - An incredibly toxic work environment in NYC office - For a company that is pioneering process transparency, there is NO transparency internally - C-level management taking deals from AE's and not giving any type of comp or quota attainment - Sexual/workplace harassment resulting in a couple of firings. I wish I could say that the firings happened immediately but that was not the case. - No equity of any kind but you're expected to give your blood, sweat, and tears for the company to be successful - Significantly below market pay, benefits, insurance etc. - No culture - Nickel and dime employees on work travel expenses - No one knows (including sales leadership) how to sell the product effectively - Quotas are about 3-4x too high and therefore crushing your number is out of the question - Next to no training or enablement I could go on but I don't think there is a need.
