Pros
- Most of the people you work with are your age - easy to connect and share your success / failure - innovative product: one of the first and most successful on the market - team spirit really depends on your department! But if you're lucky and get a good team you can rely on them to help you.
Cons
- lack of work culture: if you are the kind of person that wants to be supported by your boss and not fight for yourself or for your progress and time then this is not the place for you! There is no focus any work culture only on getting as much work done as possible. The slogan "outperforming is mandatory" is actually not a joke it's a mantra you should live by if you want to succeed in this company! - management: some of the management positions are filled with very inexperienced and unsuitable person (unsuitable for managing other person) leading to missing support and frustration. It seems like some positions are filled by people who have just been there long enough or know the founders personally. I don't think it's due to the young age because some really do a good job but just the wrong choice of management promotions.
