Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. Good to read that you consider Celonis to be a great company. We are highly aware that interns and working students are an essential and impactful support for anyone at Celonis in all departments. They help us to keep the business going and fulfill internal and external customer needs and work on exciting projects. Consequently, a lot of former interns and working students are now full-time Celonauts. We are proud about these success stories and see the Celonis family growing. Best, Friederike Bremen (Talent Acquisition)

Hello Celonaut, Thank you for sharing your fantastic 5-star review of your experience as a Summernaut Intern in our Raleigh hub. We are thrilled to hear that you are enjoying our office amenities and finding our training frameworks and projects both highly valuable and engaging. Our student programs are designed around the belief that 'The Best Team Wins' when we empower our emerging talent with impactful, real-world responsibilities from day one. Your perspective that the role is appropriately challenging perfectly reflects our 'We Own It' mindset—embracing complex tasks with the energy and determination required to drive meaningful professional growth. Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and fantastic contributions to Celonis during your internship. Regards, People and Culture Team

Pros

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Cons

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.

We are also continuously working to refine our internal development processes and review structures to make career progression more transparent and consistent.
