Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback after having left Celonis. Obviously, you did not leave the company with happy memories. That is a pity! However, we prefer constructive feedback to have the chance to take action and improve the situation for our employees and those to come. If you have personally experienced bullying, then I’d like to excuse this behaviour. We don't accept any bullying or aggressive behaviour at the offices, this is no Celonis culture at all. Our employee survey shows that in general the working atmosphere is much better. Nevertheless, we take your comment seriously. To ensure a working atmosphere that guarantees a safe, healthy, trustworthy and collaborative together, is something every employee can expect from Celonis.
