The problem with selling a tool that's so advanced is that it's an incredibly difficult sell. There's no budget for Celonis at most companies - so most sales are like pulling at teeth. Most reps are struggling tremendously. The morale is very low.
The new leadership that has recently arrived at Celonis is making drastic changes and slashing employees that have been there for numerous years. Even if the employee was excellent, they are letting them go because they believe they have better finds and want to rip & replace the older leadership. Horrible treatment of employees. There is no upwards mobility from the BDR organization in NY - In Raleigh you can move into inside sales. Management for the BDR team in NYC is extremely low-grade.
