Messaging is a bit garbled, and the Sr Management they recently hired are from the absolute worst companies for sales on Earth - Oracle, SFDC, Adobe, etc.
Lots of oversight, too many internal meetings and requirements/certifications, general disrespect for salespeople, thoughtless and unwarranted changes to your account base - they even take deals away and hand them to other reps when they make their CONSTANT account changes. Their answer to everything is "Hire more Salespeople, shuffle accounts, and make the pie smaller".
