Pros

Smart coworkers, for the most part and nice offices.

Cons

There is something weird with this company. Taking so much money from investors, very few customers and all sales reps are struggling. No one is making money and it is all very odd. They act like they are making money yet they are laying people off. The regional managers are scraping by with one deal after the next very slowly, and very few customers are upselling the product. Does not seem sustainable. Not sure where the money is switching hands, but I smell something fishy.

Pros

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Cons

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
