Pros
- Great product with tremendous potential. - Great and Talented people. (very good BDR team).
Cons
- Lack of strategy and leadership in GTM. - Poor culture, only focused on sales, customer is second. - Lack of transparency on leadership decisions. - Hiring too many sales people without considering territories. - Partner offer conflicts with direct offer, this makes it super difficult to work with partners in a constructive way. - Confusing licensing. - Very few people hitting quota. - Celonis has a new revolutionary product, but is a difficult sell, because customers never heard of process mining and execution management. Nonetheless if they fix the strategy I am confident they will be able to be successful in the future. Overall is really not a good opportunity for a salesperson, is difficult to make money and since the culture is bad (bit agressive) you will not feel supported along the way.
