Cons

The organizational culture faces critical challenges, including a notable disregard for diversity, which adversely impacts team cohesion and morale. Ineffective management practices are evident, leading to suboptimal organizational development and employee growth. A resistance to embracing new ideas curtails innovation, while a misallocation of resources undermines key projects. Furthermore, the frequent restructuring every three months, combined with a lack of clear career advancement paths and poor staff treatment, contributes to a culture where employees feel undervalued. The organization's approach of hosting frequent events and providing meals appears to be a strategic effort in the short term. However, this may inadvertently detract attention from underlying issues and concerns. Such activities, while beneficial for team bonding and morale in the short term, do not address the root causes of operational challenges and could potentially mask the need for substantive organizational improvements

We are committed to the growth and development of all Celonauts. Through our performance management process, we focus on career conversations and personal growth plans, and through our evolving global learning programs, Celonauts can access skills development for today and learn new skills for a future role. Though Celonauts are the drivers of their careers, we offer mentorship programs, skills development, and learning opportunities to foster their growth. Pros

Having equity is good but the problem is that the founders are completely out of touch with the value of their company.

Cons

CEO and Founders need to know that their product is not the only one in the industry, that the majority of their revenues were driven mainly by SAP and ServiceNow partnerships which are now defunct, and that their solution is not completely secure. More importantly, their sales engineering teams are very immature and don't have the business domain expertise to drive true business value for customers without the customer leading that charge.
