Pros

Lots of interesting people and pretty office

Cons

They are rolling back a lot of benefits and much cheaper with raises or promos lately. Usually less than 3% raises for everyone regardless of who performed best or worse. Promotions are extremely rare and usually just given to people that are already a director or higher.

Pros

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Cons

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
