Feedback - HR-Executive Certon Employee Review

Great people! We got perks like free food on Wednesdays, 25¢ soda, sponsored runs, employee appreciation week, health week, etc...

I can't think of any.

HR, Managers, Employees, everyone is nice and very helpful. Awesome CEO. No-one is constantly nagging you or looking over your shoulder, you are expected to complete your work, but you are given a reasonable amount of time.

Pay isn't very competetive. Raises are OK. Not much room to move. 90% of the time you wont be able to move to another project that sounds more interesting. Hopefully you get put on the project you resonate with in the first place.
