I don’t know where to start or what points to cover. I will keep it simple as I want nothing else to do with this company but really hope that my review will save someone else from going down this twisted road. The owners treat their employees like crap…low pay, expecting employees to work more than forty-hours a week even when hourly and the employee is required to lie on their timesheet and even expected to skip lunches, pitting them against one another, having reliable equipment to work for the owners only but the employees have to bring in their own office supplies, making the ones that travel share a room or even a bed and also expecting them to share a condo with the owners, micromanaging to the point of monitoring software on the computers/daily reports being sent in/AND EVEN having cameras that record audio AND voice (which is against the law), their “HR” person is only there to say “yes” to the owners and rarely even answers the employees questions and constantly breaks protocol and instead of investigating employees concerns just telling the owners what has been said. There is no “emotional maturity”, “business acumen” or “ethical/transparent” business taking place even though they will REPEATEDLY preach those words when speaking to you. This company is doomed.
Every. Single. previous employee and contractor has, AND WILL, attest to the fact that you have treated me (as well as others) incredibly poorly and unjustly. From your refusal to listen to others advice, not learning from your “mistakes” and most importantly not taking ownership for anything other than the “good” things that do happen, it is clear that your turnover will continue to happen. Everyone that leaves, with valid reason, is brushed off and considered a disgruntled ex-employee when in fact their grievances are valid and confirmed by others. I myself have tried on (3) separate occasions to provide feedback with the hopes of improving things but got nowhere…promises were made that things would change but they didn’t, blame was shifted or comments/concerns were ignored. I will not speak about how other employees have been treated as it is painfully obvious that there really is no respect/professionalism/EMOTIONAL MATURITY/business acumen/etc. The best analogy I can give is that if many different people try a restaurant and have the same bad service and/or food the obvious is that the restaurant is bad…not the patrons. The same can be said for this company.
