      Great benefits, opportunities for advancement, and a solid culture that allows meaningful work to be done efficiently.

      Cons

      Can be very busy and hours can add up. They haven't acknowledged some more modern practices like more vacation or paternity leave beyond a few days yet. And politics exist in the management of some plants.

      Strong collaborative environment. People that are eager to partner to achieve new goals. Good training and they truly invest in their people.

      Cons

      Can be a busy place to work but if you prioritize and partner with your other departments you will create a great work life balance.
