*You are constantly micro-managed and spoken very condescendingly by your manager and the CEO
*You can't take breaks unless you're a smoker
*It's a very toxic environment, not just in my department, company wide.
*There are cameras with audio everywhere to listen in on personal conversations
*You get paid with a paper check on the last day of the month, that is if the office "manager" is in the mood to hand it over.
*Crazy policies based on isolated incidents
*The worst benefits, high co-pays
*I've never seen so many people come and go so often in a single office
*They won't even bother to fire you in person, so keep your personal belongings to a minimum.
*HR is in India and they are clueless
* You can't take sick leave without a doctor's note
*You earn less than a day off per month
*Non-compliances are handed out for pointless reasons, for the only reason to ultimately sabotage any raise you could get... if you put up with the BS and actually make it to your 1st appraisal.
*The base salary is extremely low and commissions don't materialize because the CEO is constantly burning bridges, most projects roll off after the 1st month or 2.
You get the idea....It's like a sweat shop in India.
