For technical project managers, company sponsors work visas then manipulates and bullies, and often cuts pay for, their on-shore managers once they arrive from India. They also like to point fingers and publicly humiliate, as sales team's overpromises and upper mgmt's lack of observation, lack of understanding, lack of communication skills, and off-shore teams' lack of technical expertise are made the burdens of project managers, exclusively. This is also not a good place for Indian women, for obvious reasons.
