Pros

Working for Chetu has given me the opportunity (as a single mom) to save money and to be able to support my 2 children. There is a very fair commission structure in place and if you work hard you will reap the benefit of making as much money as you want. So far technology sales has been recession proof and as we move into 2022 I'll be sitting tight and collecting my check. Not all companies in South Florida are actually coming through in the same way. This is after all your own business we just have the opportunity to do it in the Chetu offices. Think about it!

Cons

The boss just bought another building that needs to be renovated. We were a beautiful building that he finished constructing in 2020. It is gorgeous and I miss being there. I'm sure the building we're in now, though not so bad, will be absolutely beautiful as well some time in not too distant future.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
