Pros

My name is Shivank Verma, and I hold the position of Team Member at Chetu. I have been with the company for over 2 months. Here, we undergo appraisals every six months. Additionally, we enjoy a 50% discount on lunch and dinner, as well as a 50% housing allowance. There is also a free shuttle cab service available. One of the best aspects of working here is the biannual appraisal system. Every employee starts as a Team Member, and as they gain experience, their designation improves. Team Leads (TLs), Project Managers (PMs), Floor Managers (FMs), HR, and others provide strong support for career progression and the enhancement of our technological skills.

Cons

I have just started working here it's been about 2 months so I'm going to need to spend a few more months to get to know the cons of the company but so far everything things seems great.

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
