They truly care about their people and the entrepreneurs they are helping to be successful and they invest significantly in both. The CEO is one of the smartest people I have worked with and has zero ego and when I think of what leadership is, I think of him. They are also willing to make tough decisions and aren't afraid to take on big things. Business growth & technology: CircleUp will revolutionize the way investing and fundraising is done through Helio (machine learning)! Professional growth opportunities: I learned and grew so much working at CircleUp and it was an invaluable experience for me. If you're willing to work hard the opportunities for growth are endless. With all the passion, dedication, and growth comes hard work and a lot of responsibility so if you're not up for that, it won't be the place for you. That said, it's a culture where you push yourself given the impact you can have vs. being told to work hard and I was able to find a balance that worked for me.
