Cisive has encountered a lot of changes over the past year, including changes in our leadership structure. Based on a recent employee engagement survey, we have received favorable results across the organization, but we do recognize we have critical areas that require new strategies, programs and improvements.
Our HR department welcomes feedback at any time and in any format. Our team is sought after on an hourly basis, indicating our team is recognized for their expertise and partnership, however, feedback can be directed to any member of the HR team or any member of our senior executive team. We encourage you and others to share the concerns openly. Feedback allows for growth and we are always looking to grow as a team.
